The recruitment process is becoming more and more elaborate, with some employers interviewing candidates over several hours, and putting them through a variety of potentially stressful tasks that may not relate to the job they’re applying for.
Some retailers ask their job candidates to sing their names and background, come up with an impromptu performance to sell a product, and other unusual challenges.
We’d like to hear about people’s experience with the recruitment process, and the strangest or most stressful things you’ve had to do at a job interview.
