The government lifted most legal Covid-19 restrictions on 19 July in England, meaning that measures such as social distancing, limits on social groups, and face coverings are no longer mandatory.

We would like to hear about how you are spending the first week without restrictions. Are you using the opportunity to travel, attend events, or to meet friends and loved ones? How have you stayed safe in doing so?
