Tell us: have you ever been required to book a GP appointment in England via an online form?

From 1 October 2025, GP practices in England have been required to keep their online consultation tool open for the duration of core hours, mostly for non-urgent appointment requests, medication queries and admin requests. They are still required to arrange appointments in person and over the phone.

However, some patients have found that they are being asked to only book appointments via online forms. If you have had a similar experience, please get in touch.

We will get in contact with you if we wish to take your submission further.
