But with smartphone use on the rise, it’s not always easy to completely unplug while on holiday.
In fact, a nice summer vacation can sometimes offer a sobering reality check on our phone habits as we find ourselves mindlessly scrolling by the pool, checking social media or – even worse – work emails.
