The Telegraph saw web traffic fall back 16.5% in June to just over 4 million unique browsers a day, following a huge boost in May from the boxing match between Floyd Mayweather and Manny Pacquiao.
Telegraph.co.uk had 17 million unique browsers on the day of the fight, helping drive average traffic up to 4.9 million across the month.
The dip means the Mirror national titles have regained their online lead over the Telegraph, with an average of 4.3 million unique browsers during June despite seeing a 1.8% fall in browsers..
theguardian.com increased its online audience by more than 3% to just under 7.8 million, while Mail Online slipped slightly by 1.8% to 13.6 million.
The Daily Express continued its recent strong online growth, with traffic up by more than 22% to break the 1 million unique users a day mark for the first time.
