HYDERABAD: Telangana recorded 296 new Covid-19 cases and one death on Saturday even as the number of active cases in the state stood at 5,324. The total count of cases since the beginning of the pandemic last year stands at 6,61,302 and the death toll stands at 3,893. The number of active containment zones in the state stands at 15. A total of 322 patients were declared recovered on Saturday, taking the total count of recovered patients to 6,52,085.
