HYDERABAD: BJP state chief Bandi Sanjay Kumar's walkathon, 'Praja Sangrama Yatra', would begin on August 24 and continue in a phased manner till 2023, the party said on Friday. Announcing the details, Goshamahal MLA Raja Singh said that several national leaders would also participate in the walkathon.
"We will fight under the leadership of Bandi Sanjay and hold TRS government accountable till it fulfils all promises. Our goal is to win the next assembly elections," he said.
The walkathon would begin from Bhagyalakshmi temple at Charminar. He would cover several areas in the city in the first few days and also hold a meeting at Golconda.
Subsequently, he would cover Chevalla, Manneguda, Vikarabad, Sadasivapet and other areas. "The proposed map would be followed until the Huzurabad election notification is issued." A decision will be made based on the circumstances," a senior leader said
