Days after Lions GM Bob Quinn reiterated his commitment to giving disappointing cornerback Teez Tabor more opportunities to prove himself, the Detroit CB resurfaced in a picture with former NFL wideout Chad Johnson.
The former Mr. Ochocinco posted a picture on social media of himself working out with Tabor on controlling releases.
Tabor has struggled mightily since being the team’s second-round pick in 2017. He allowed a perfect QB Rating when targeted in 2018 and has frequently been a healthy scratch.
One interesting note: look at Tabor’s socks. It’s safe to say the third-year CB was a supporter of Michigan’s Prop 1 last fall…
