The cases of three Eurobodalla Shire teenagers accused of the murder of a Canberra man have been adjourned to October 22.
The three are charged with murder and taking and detaining in company with the intention of gaining advantage, occasioning actual bodily harm.
The cases came before Magistrate Doug Dick in the Batemans Bay Children's Court on Thursday, August 20 so the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions could undertake charge certification.
They were adjourned for committal in the same court on Thursday, October 22.
