Teens under the age of 16 have been banned from entering a Welsh supermarket on their own after a series of anti-social behaviour incidents. There have been reports of a number of young people causing havoc, knocking items off shelves and causing issues for security staff at an Asda store in Llandudno.
It has resulted in the supermarket giant saying they have been forced to ban children under-16 unless accompanied by an adult at all times.
NorthWalesLive is reporting that it comes after recent increases in the level of anti-social behaviour in and around the store.

An Asda spokesperson confirmed there is a "temporary" ban in place while the supermarket works with local communities and the police to try and find a "longer-term" solution.
They said: "Banning any customer from our store is always a last resort, and the temporary measures in place at our Llandudno store are there to protect our customers and colleagues which is always our top priority.
"We are working closely with local communities and the police to understand how we can move forwards and reduce the level of anti-social behaviour in our store and the wider community." For the latest Welsh news, sign up to our newsletter
Access is still permitted if a child is accompanied by an adult, but neither individual nor groups of children under the age of 16 will be allowed to enter the supermarket. Asda has emphasised that the policy is temporary, but is currently in place.
The move is aimed at helping tackle 'anti-social behaviour' the store have seen increasing towards their staff and the wider community - a source said. Asda said they do not take such decisions lightly, and are reaching out to people to find a longer-term solution to the issue.
One teenager, who did not want to be named, was stopped last week from entering the store. She told NorthWalesLive: "They said it was because of anti-social behaviour and I know some people have been messing around but it is not fair to ban everyone under-16. It's a shame they can't just bar those who have caused problem and not everyone."
