Teens arrested over stabbing released

Three teenagers arrested over a fatal stabbing in Melbourne's northwest have been released.

Homicide squad detectives launched an investigation after a 32-year-old man was stabbed at St Albans on Friday.

The man was found injured near St Albans Road, between Princess Street and Percy Street, about 10.50pm. He later died in hospital.

He was believed to have been stabbed after an altercation with several other men, according to police.

Two 18-year-old men and a 15-year-old boy were arrested nearby following the incident and have since been released pending further enquiries.

Police urged anyone with information to contact them.
