Police are appealing for help to find a missing teenager with links to Greater Manchester .
Morgan Foster was last seen in Liverpool at 11.30pm on Saturday February 29, 2020.
The 16-year-old is white, 5ft 3, of slim build and has a 'fresh complexion'.
She has shoulder-length blonde hair and speaks with a Liverpudlian accent.
Police believe she has links in Liverpool, Greater Manchester and North Wales.
A spokesperson for Merseyside Police said: "We are appealing for help to locate a 16-year-old girl from Liverpool who is missing.
"Morgan Foster was last seen at 11.30pm on Saturday 29 February.
"She is described as white with a fresh complexion, 5ft 3in tall, of slim build, with shoulder length blonde hair.
"Morgan speaks with a Liverpool accent. She is known to frequent Liverpool, North Wales and Greater Manchester.
"Anyone who has seen Morgan or knows of her whereabouts is asked to DM @MerPolCC, call 101 or contact @missingpeople on 116 000."
