A 17-year-old has suffered suspected back and shoulder injuries after a car rolled near the Samurai Beach track at Port Stephens.
Emergency services were called to the scene just before 3pm on Saturday on reports a car had rolled near One Mile.
A NSW Ambulance spokeswoman said that while limited details were available, a 17-year-old was being treated by paramedics and a second patient may be assessed at the scene.
It's unclear at this stage what caused the vehicle to roll.
The Newcastle Herald understands the Westpac Rescue Helicopter was initially called to the scene but was not needed.
