The AFL Women's Best and Fairest award for 2020 has been awarded to Carlton player Madison Prespakis.
She scored 15 votes to beat Kiara Bowers of Fremantle, on 12 votes, and Emma Kearney, of the North Melbourne, on 11 votes.
Prespakis, 19, was announced as a member of the 2020 Women's All-Australian team on Monday night and was awarded the AFL Rising Star award in 2019.
She also claimed back-to-back Best and Fairest awards at the Carlton Football Club.
The dual All-Australian played seven games for Carlton, averaging just over 21 disposals, which was fifth overall in the competition, and four clearances a game.
It's just her second season in the AFLW and she's been named the vice-captain of the AFLPA 22under22 team.
She becomes the first teenager to win the highest honour in football since 1934 when it went to Dick Reynolds.
Nicole Livingston, the AFL Head of Women's Football, said the award was a remarkable achievement.
"It is a credit to Maddy and the work she puts into developing herself as a footballer and a leader," she said.
"She will be a fantastic player for a long time to come."
Isabel Huntington was named winner of the 2020 AFL Women's Rising Star Award.
The Western Bulldogs defender won with 33 votes, ahead of Caitlin Greiser of St Kilda on 30 votes, Georgia Patrikios, also of St Kilda, on 24 votes and the Gold Coast Suns' Kalinda Howarth.
Huntington, the former number one draft pick has suffered a number of injury setbacks throughout her short career, including a broken leg and two ACL injuries.
She played five games this season, averaging 13 possessions.
