Teenager in serious condition in hospital after horror crash on Scots road

A teenager is in hospital in a serious condition after a horror crash on a Scots road last night.

Emergency services raced to the scene on the B922 between Cluny and Kinglassie, in Fife, at around 5.35pm.

It's understood three cars were involved in the horror smash.

The road was been shut for hours while cops carry out investigations into the collision.

This morning police revealed a 19-year-old man was seriously injured in the incident and is currently in hospital.

Officers shared dramatic pictures from the scene and can be seen scouring the road in the aftermath of the crash.

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said a probe into the smash was continuing and that the road has been reopened.

She said: "The road has been reopened and enquiries are ongoing into the incident.

"One man, aged 19, was taken to hospital where medical staff describe his condition as serious."
