- A murder investigation has been launched by Northamptonshire Police after a teenager was fatally stabbed at an address in Adnitt Road, Abington, Northampton , on Tuesday evening.
- Despite the efforts of officers, members of the public, and paramedics, the boy died at the scene.
- Police cordons are expected to remain in place at the Adnitt Road address and in Dallington Park as the investigation continues, with the public advised to avoid these areas.
- Detective chief inspector Ryan Catling has appealed for anyone who saw suspicious activity in Adnitt Road from 6pm on Tuesday or two people acting suspiciously in Dallington Park from 7pm onwards to come forward.
- Authorities are also requesting CCTV, doorbell, or dashcam footage from residents and drivers in Adnitt Road and surrounding streets, urging anyone with information to contact Northamptonshire Police on 101 or Crimestoppers anonymously.
