Teenager found after eight years missing 'was kept as sex slave by mum'

A man discovered after eight years claims his mum sexually abused him and made him "play daddy" while imprisoning him.

Rudy Farias, 25, took off to walk his dog in 2015, after which his mother, Janie Santana, reported him missing after his pet returned home without him.

This June 29, at the entrance of a church in Houston, Texas, Rudy was discovered after eight years in an "extremely poor physical state" and unconscious, The Mirror reports.

His mum, Ms Santana, who populates true crime Facebook groups with posts, said her son was unable to speak due to the traumatic ordeal.

On Wednesday, the mum and son sat down with police at a Houston hotel with a meditator, local New Black Panther leader and community activist Quanell X.

The son reportedly explained that he was forced to kiss his mother in bed.

Rudy said: "Let me ask you a question - if your mother is tongue kissing you in the bed with her naked, what the h*** is that? This is sick."

She added: "Based on what that boy told me, I don't see why she's not in handcuffs right now."

It is believed the mother hid her son during the day and brought him to her workplace as a security guard at night.

The mum revealed: "When he first went missing, he didn't report it to the police.

"'And they are trying to say that he might have done some crimes. Which he didn't. And now they want to arrest me. Because they said I was hiding him."

Those around the family claim the man was not missing, including his cousin who told cops in 2018 he was at his mother's house, and his grandmother had chatted to him.

Cassandra Lopez, his cousin, told KPRC 2 they knew "in our hearts" Farias vanishing was false.

"I was in shock,' she said. 'I was like, I couldn't believe it.

"I mean, I was glad, but I just was wondering what was going to unfold from it. Like, what was the story going to be behind it?

"Because it's just we always in our hearts knew that he wasn't really missing."

Neighbours also claimed they had seen him walking around the streets, according to reports.

Police checked out the house, but were unsuccessful in locating the missing child.

It remains uncertain if cops had been in contact with any of the family members.

Ms Lopez said: "I mean, half of his life is - almost a quarter of his life - has already been taken away.

"Don't you know that? That's just not right. He didn't deserve, nobody deserves that."

US Police are due to hold a press conference on the incident.
