A teenager admitted going on a rampage within a property in Motherwell.
The 17-year-old, who can’t be named for legal reasons, appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court and pleaded guilty to behaving in a threatening and abusive manner in Fort Street on July 9.
During the course of the incident, the teenager behaved in an aggressive manner and repeatedly demanded cigarettes from residents.
He then repeatedly shouted and swore before banging a door and challenged a resident to a fight.
The teen yob then made threatening remarks before repeatedly punching and kicking a wall.
Sentence was deferred on the teenager until July 31 and a range of reports were called for.
The accused was denied bail and was detained in custody until his next court date.
