A teenager has been charged with three sexual assaults and repeated flashing in Tower Hamlets.
Abdul Nadher Kayum, 19, of no fixed address, was charged on Tuesday with three counts of sexual assault, five counts of indecent exposure and one count of outraging public decency.
Police said Kayum will appear in custody at Thames Magistrates’ Court on Wednesday.
The attacks are alleged to have occurred between August 31 and September 28 around the E3 area.
Police, who previously released a picture of a cyclist they wanted to speak to, said they have increased patrols in the area to reassure locals.
