A teen has been arrested and charged in connection with a serious assault in Glasgow six months ago.
Around 5.10pm on Saturday April 17, a 30-year-old man and 26-year-old woman were attacked on a grassy area near the canal path at Blairdardie Road.
Both were rushed to hospital and treated for serious injuries following the brutal attack.
As reported in Glasgow Live, police confirmed a 17-year-old male has now been arrested and charged in connection with the incident.
He was released on an undertaking to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court at a later date.
A report has been submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
