A teenager has been arrested after a cannabis cultivation worth half a million pound was discovered in Govan.
Officers searched an industrial estate on Fairley Street on Tuesday and uncovered the cannabis farm.
The plants recovered have an estimated street value of £500,000.
A 19-year-old was arrested and charged in connection with the recovery.
The teen was expected to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court today.
A report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
Inspector Scott Simpson at Govan Police Station said: “We will act on information and concerns that we receive from people living in the local community about drugs supply and continue to disrupt those involved in the supply of drugs.
