Teenager, 15, charged with possessing blade in public place

A teenager has been charged in connection with an altercation in Belfast earlier in September.

The 15-year-old has been charged with possessing article with blade or point in public place.

The charges related to an altercation with a group of young people at the junction of Limestone Road with Hallidays Road in North Belfast.

A PSNI spokesman said: "He is due to appear at Belfast Youth Court on Friday 11 October. As is normal procedure, all charges will be reviewed by the PPS."
