Teenage girls go feral in McDonald's lobbing drink on pregnant woman and hitting staff

A gang of teenage girls threw a drink over a pregnant woman in McDonald's, assaulted staff and screamed vile abuse at horrified customers.

Eight screaming teenagers shouted at staff and visitors and accused the team of pulling their hair.

After a pregnant lady asked them to leave the unruly girls reportedly threw water over her, her two-year-old and her partner.

It's thought the youngsters were unhappy about being removed from the restaurant and claimed the staff were heavy-handed.

The girls were then filmed shouting and swearing at security, as staff and customers recorded the scene.

Police are investigating the incident which unravelled at a McDonald's branch in Maidstone, Kent, on Sunday.

In a video, one girl can be heard talking to the cameraman saying: "They took us out for no reason. This is bang out of order."

One visibly very upset girl accused the security of dragging her along the floor.

She said: "I didn't f*****g touch you, I didn't f*****g touch you and you've been dragging me around on the floor. He dragged me along the floor."

The bystander filming the scene retorted: "No you didn't, we saw the whole thing happen. You assaulted him. We watched it all."

The girl responded: "No I didn't, they threw a drink at me and I threw one back at them."

People watching denied those claims were true too, and said no one threw a drink at her.

A couple more joined in and one shouted at the crowd: "She's a 13-year-old girl, film her all you want you f*****g nonce."

As the girls walked off, one turned and taunted the camera with a dance.

One 23-year-old witness, who didn't want to be named, said: "It was absolutely disgusting.

"The security guards from McDonald's and other premises had to form a human barrier to stop them coming in - they had ran off and returned three times.

"They came in and sat down and security came over to them after being on the radio and asked them to move.

"After shouting and swearing at him they eventually left before throwing drinks at them and running off.

"Five minutes later they returned and did the same and tried to get in the restaurant.

"One of them had to be picked up and moved outside - the security guard did nothing wrong and it wasn't forceful or anything."

By this point, a collection of customers and staff had moved outside the shop to tell the group of eight to leave.

Some of the crowd recorded the girls on the phones.

Another eyewitness said: "They just have no shame and know they can get away with it."

Kent Police was called to the fast food restaurant at around 5.40pm.

A spokesperson said: "Officers attended the scene where they spoke to those present. Inquiries are underway into the circumstances surrounding the incident."

McDonald's said that providing a safe and welcoming environment for customers "is a priority for us."

A spokesperson added: "We do not tolerate any anti-social behaviour in our restaurants. We are aware of an incident that took place at our Week Street restaurant Sunday evening.

"The police were called by our restaurant staff and we will continue to support them with any investigation."

Maidstone's McDonald's has faced trouble before, in February McDonald's defended their security team after a video emerged online of one man scuffling with a young person outside the chain.
