UPDATE: Police have confirmed that Megan Macleod has been traced
A 13-YEAR-OLD girl has been reported missing in Inverness.
Megan Macleod was last seen in Brodie Road in the Ness Castle area at around 8.50pm on Tuesday.
She is described as being around 5ft 4in tall, of slim build with long brown hair and brown eyes.
When last seen she was wearing black leggings, a white Rolling Stones t-shirt, a black cropped jacket and white Crocs.
She is known to frequent the Inverness city centre area and has links to the Dingwall area.
Police have appealed for anyone with information to get in touch.
Acting inspector Innes said: “As time passes concerns are growing for Megan’s welfare.
“Our enquiries are ongoing and I am appealing for anyone who has seen Megan, or who has any information on her whereabouts to contact us.
“I would also ask anyone in the area with dash cam or private CCTV that could assist to get in touch.”
