The teenager who threw a young boy from the viewing platform of the Tate Modern, has had his appeal against his 15-year minimum term for attempted murder dismissed by the Court of Appeal.
Jonty Bravery, 18, was sentenced at the Old Bailey after admitting attempted murder at the London gallery which left his victim with fractures to his spine, legs and arms and a bleed on the brain from the 100ft fall.
