Police have located a 15-year-old boy they were looking to speak to in relation to the alleged sexual assault of an elderly Perth woman.
It is alleged the 83-year-old woman was raped and burgled in her Waikiki home on Friday morning.
She was taken to Fiona Stanley Hospital where she spent the night and it is understood she has now been discharged.
Yesterday police made the unusual move of publishing the name and photograph of the teenage boy they were looking to speak with.
Police said it was in the interest of public safety he was found as soon as possible.
The boy was found at a home in Waikiki, according to police.
He has been taken into custody and is assisting officers with the investigation.
