A teenager was left with head injuries after being punched and kicked in a fight.
The 19 year old victim was hit in the head at 4.30am on Wednesday, December 29.
Emergency services were called to Bridge Street, Warrington, where the assault took place and he was taken to hospital.

Police believe the assault happened during a fight involving a group of men.
An 18 year old man, from Warrington, was arrested on suspicion of assault and has since been released on conditional bail.
The victim was treated for a cut to the back of his head.
PC Lyndsey Travis, from Warrington local policing unit, said: "Since the assault took place we have been speaking to numerous witnesses and reviewing CCTV footage.
"As part of those enquiries we’re keen to speak to this man in the image as he may be able to assist further with the investigation.
"If you know who might be or have any information about the assault please get in touch.
"I would also appeal directly to the man in the photo to get in touch."
