A teenage mother and her infant daughter have been reported missing from Cragin on the Northwest Side.
Mayra Osorio, 16, was last seen Saturday with her 5-month-old daughter, Samara Osorio, in the 5500 block of West School Street, Chicago police said.
Osorio if 5-foot-2 and has depression, police said. She was wearing a black long-sleeve jacket and black pants. Her daughter was wearing a red shirt and pink pants.
