Teen Mom Star Kailyn Lowry Confirms Split From Elijah Scott

Teen Mom alum Kailyn Lowry has confirmed that she and her fiancé, Elijah Scott, have ended their relationship. Speaking on the 27 June episode of Lala Kent's podcast Give Them Lala, Lowry shared that the two had split nearly a year after getting engaged. The couple began dating in 2022 and welcomed three children during their time together, including twin babies born in November 2023.

Lowry explained that while she and Scott are no longer a couple, they remain on good terms and committed to co-parenting. 'We're neighbours, so the babies go back and forth in a little wagon,' she said. She also clarified that the decision to separate was mutual and focused on maintaining peace for their family.

Parenting Three Children After the Breakup

Kailyn and Elijah share three young children: son Rio, born in late 2022, and twins Verse and Valley, born in 2023. The couple kept the twin pregnancy private, announcing the birth months later. Despite their romantic split, Lowry noted that both she and Scott remain active in their children's daily lives.

Their unique living arrangement has helped make co-parenting smoother. Scott lives next door to Lowry, which allows for a stable routine and easier transitions for the children. 'It's going really well, especially for the youngest ones,' she added.

'It's the Dads, Not the Babies', Says Lowry

During the podcast, Lowry opened up about the challenges of navigating relationships with multiple co-parents. She is a mother of seven, with children by four different fathers. In addition to her three children with Scott, she shares son Isaac with Jo Rivera, Lincoln with her ex-husband Javi Marroquin, and sons Lux and Creed with Chris Lopez.

She quickly emphasised that her growing family is not the problem. 'The bigger problem it's not the babies. It's the dads that I have to deal with.' she said. Her remarks highlight how logistical challenges and personal dynamics often complicate modern blended families, particularly when they are in the public eye.

An Amicable Split Focused on the Children

Although the couple's relationship seemed strong from the outside, Lowry made it clear that things just were not working between them anymore. She did not mention any scandal or drama but described the breakup as a shift into a new phase of life. Her main concern is to keep things stable for the children and maintain peace at home.

Lowry has also confirmed she is not dating anyone new, choosing instead to focus on parenting and expanding her media career. She currently hosts multiple podcasts, including Barely Famous, where she shares candid insights on motherhood, relationships and personal growth.

Life After Love: Kailyn Moves On Next Door

The end of her engagement to Elijah Scott marks another chapter in Lowry's evolving life story. Known for her transparency with fans, she continues to navigate love, motherhood and life in the spotlight with unfiltered honesty.

As of July 2025, there are no reports of new romantic developments. Lowry remains focused on her children, her business ventures and maintaining a calm, consistent household—now just steps away from her former fiancé
