Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans 'sobs in court' after losing custody of three kids

Teen Mom 2 star Jenelle Evans was left grief stricken as it was announced in court that all three of her children were to be removed from her.

The MTV reality star, 27, reportedly sobbed in the North Carolina courtroom as she learnt that she would no longer have custody of her son Kaiser, four and daughter Ensley, two. She had already lost custody of eldest son Jace, nine.

According to Radar, the judge told Evans that she "failed to protect the children while they were in her care."

An insider told the publication: "Jenelle was sobbing in court ... [she] believed that her lawyer was going to be able to get her children back and she seemed stunned when this happened.

Evans' mother Barbara Evans, who already takes care of Jace, will now also take over legal custody of Ensley.

Meanwhile, Kaiser's father Nathan Griffith will take over his care.

TMZ state that until further notice, both Evans and Eason will only be able to see the children for one hour a week, during a supervised visitation.

They have reportedly been ordered to take drug tests once a week, as well as enrolling in counselling and parenting courses.

The blow comes just weeks after Jenelle was fired from MTV not long after her husband David Eason is said to have shockingly shot their family's French Bulldog Nugget, claiming that he'd acted "aggressively" towards Ensley.

"We have stopped filming with Jenelle as of April 6, 2019 and have no plans to cover her story in the upcoming season," the channel told US Weekly as the horror incident cause uproar.

Jenelle has been fighting her mother for full custody of Jace for years.

She signed over temporary custody to her mother in 2010 in an effort to avoid the court process.
