A teenager's family were left horrified after a routine cosmetic procedure to remove excess fat from her chin left her with a 'square head'.
Sofia Marroquin, from Australia, underwent a Kybella treatment and shared the results of her 'new look' to social media.
Kybella is a popular nonsurgical injection technique used to reduce excess fat beneath the cheeks and jowls.
But in an unfortunate turn of events the treatment made her jaw swell up leaving her with an unusually square face that some have likened to Shrek or Buzz Lightyear.
In the clip, she said: "Yep, so just got some lovely needles into my face. My family has absolutely no idea what I've just done and I'm about to get their reaction."

Sofia recorded the reaction of her family which ranged from shock to amusement and uploaded it to TikTok where it has racked up 3.6million views.
Her dad's reply was "Oh my goodness" while her mum simply said: "Sophia!"
Her best friend admitting she was "scared" by her new look which also left her sister in hysterics, reports the Sun.

Sofia failed to explain why her face was so square in the video and cleared up the confusion in a follow-up video.
She said: "Lots of people have been asking why I made my face look like a rectangle. I didn't purposefully make my face look like a rectangle."
"I got a treatment done called Kybella which removes fat from the lower part of your face. People tend to get it for your double chin but I got it in my jowls area.

"Mine was really fatty covering up my jaw so I just wanted to remove that fat - just a little bit - just to make it look a little better. That's all.
"It's still really swollen and really numb, I can't feel that,"she said touching the sides of her face.
TikTok users compared her face to cartoon characters such as Buzz Lightyear from Toy Story and Lord Farquaad from Shrek - but Sophia has laughed off the cruel jibes.
Sophia says she will show off the final results of the procedure in good time when the swelling and redness reduce.
Common side effects of Kybella include pain, swelling, bruising, redness, and numbness.
