Horrifying footage shows a cowardly teenager kicking a 14-year-old autistic girl in the face and calling her a sl*g while she cowers on the floor.
Hope Richmond was wearing her pyjamas when she was lured to Chorlton Park in Manchester by a teen from school before she was savagely attacked by another girl on camera.
Hope was rushed to hospital with head injuries following the attack on Monday evening.
The shocking video, which is understood to have been recorded by a teenage boy, was posted on social media and was quickly circulated.
Hope's furious mum, Hannah Price, 31, described her shock at her daughter's unprovoked attack.
The mum-of-three, from Chorlton-cum-Hardy, Manchester, said: "I can't even watch the whole video.
"It's circulated on Snapchat, it's disgraceful.
"It's messed up, like they were enjoying it.
"I don't know what's wrong with them.
"I know kids are having a hard time and they're bored but I didn't even know that girls behaved like that.
"We want to find this girl so she can be prosecuted."
Hope went to the park after a so-called school friend messaged her asking to meet.
Hannah said: "From Hope's account, they promised her snacks from the shop, went to the park and four boys and the girl appeared and attacked her.
"Hope had said in the messages she felt like she was going to get jumped but she's so vulnerable.
"She was pulled to the ground and kicked in the head
"Hope was supposed to be having a Christmas photoshoot so she was in Christmas pyjamas.
"I was at the gym and my husband came to pick me up and she was gone when I got back.
"I thought she'd gone to the park or out with friends but we got a phone call from our next door neighbour saying that someone had brought her home and they were taking her to the hospital.
"She has communication difficulties and I've only just started letting her go out to the park and with friends.
"Hope said she'd been kicked in the head but seemed quite calm.
"She's got a big bruise on the back of the neck which looks like a footprint, bumps all over her head and a bruised hand."
Hannah was sent the video from someone who'd seen it circulating on Snapchat.
Hannah, who is a photographer, said: "Hope has been friends with the girl who asked her to go to the park... but I never witnessed anything bad behavioural wise or violent and I wouldn't expect this to happen."
Hannah now fears that a similar attack could happen again and has arranged for Hope to attend self-defence classes.
She said: "She's been quite isolated in lockdown so I've been encouraging her to get in touch with friends she went to school with.
"I don't know if I'll be able to let her go out again. She comes across all streetwise and I've tricked myself into thinking she's more with it than she is.
"Her friends have sent flowers so that's cheered her up and we're just trying to love bomb her.
"I want her to know it isn't her fault, she isn't a victim and she can come off stronger.
"You think you've covered all bases then something like this happens and you have to come up with a safety plan."
Hannah and Hope set up a fundraising page to help buy the teen an assistance dog which hit its target within days.
A Greater Manchester Police spokesman said: Shortly after 9.30pm on Monday 2 November 2020, officers were called to a report of an assault at Chorlton Water Park play area in Manchester.
"A 14-year-old girl was assaulted at some point between 6pm and 6.30pm and taken to hospital with head injuries. She has since been discharged.
"Enquiries are ongoing and anyone with information can call 101 quoting incident number 3005 of 02/11/2020.
