A 15-year-old girl has been reported missing from her home in Little Village on the Southwest Side.
Lizette Mata was last seen June 15 in the 2500 block of South Whipple Street, according to Chicago police.
She is known to visit the areas near 26th Street and Sawyer Avenue, police said.
She was wearing a gray, hooded jacket, red top, blue jeans and light-colored sandals.
Police asked anyone who knows her location to call Area Four detectives at 312-746-8255.
