AN 18-year-old has been found dead in a Scottish university student accommodation building.
Police were called to the Stirling's Alexander Court area, near Bridge of Allan, at about 14:20 on Friday following reports of a sudden death.
Alexander Court provides an on-campus accommodation for first year undergraduate students.
Officers said the male teenager's death is being treated as unexplained and there are not believed to be any suspicious circumstances.
A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
A university spokeswoman said: "Our thoughts and deepest sympathies are with family and friends at this difficult time.
"The university is liaising with the police and ensuring that students and staff are fully supported."
