Witnesses reported seeing the teen at Derriford Hospital in Plymouth on the morning of January 19, dressed in medical scrubs and carrying a fake ID.
Police were called to the scene around 10:30 a.m. after concerns were raised about the individual's presence on the premises. Authorities have not confirmed whether the teen gained access to patients or medical records.
