Teen boy shot in Englewood

A 15-year-old boy was shot Sunday in Englewood on the South Side.

About 6:25 p.m., he was on the sidewalk in the 2000 block of West 70th Place, when he heard shots and felt a pain, Chicago police said.

The boy was struck in the foot and brought to Holy Cross Hospital in good condition, police said.

Chicago police are investigating.
