A teen has been arrested in connection with a robbery on a cycle path in East Ayrshire.
The 17-year-old boy is now due to appear in court this month.
We previously told how a ‘shaken’ 16-year-old was confronted on a cycle path near Knockintiber in Kilmarnock.
A Carrera mountain bike with black wheels was then allegedly stolen from the boy and police were appealing for witnesses to come forward.
Following investigations a 17-year-old was arrested and charged in relation to the incident.
He is due to appear in court on February 25.
