Police have arrested a teenager following an attempted child abduction in Glasgow .
The 18-year-old was arrested after officers were called to reports of an incident on Paisley Road West around 1.30pm on Friday June 28.
The suspect is now subject to a report to the Procurator Fiscal.
It is unclear at this stage how old the child is.
A Police Scotland Spokesperson said: "Around 1.30 pm on Friday 28 June, police received a report of a man trying to abduct a child on Paisley Road West.
"Officers attended and an 18-year-old was arrested. He is subject to a report to the Procurator Fiscal."
