A teen was left in disbelief after she only found she was pregnant while in labour.
Bri Blanton, 18, from South Carolina, US, had no bump, sickness or cravings prior to the shock birth of her daughter, and thought she had wet herself when her waters broke in bed on September 8, 2022.
But after being told by a nurse that she was 5cm dilated and had in fact started labour, she was rushed to hospital by her mum - while all the time convinced that her experience couldn't be real.
Bri, who works as a nanny, said: “I kept saying to my mum: 'This isn’t possible.'
“They put her on me after she was born, and my mum said I looked like a deer in the headlights looking at her."

The teenager was taken to a delivery suite at and was in labour for two hours before giving birth to 7lbs 4oz Oakleigh at 7.36am, on September 8.
She said it took her a "good four hours" after her daughter was born to calm down, with her friends telling her afterwards that they “couldn’t believe it” as she hadn't appeared to be pregnant the week before.
Bri and Oakleigh stayed in hospital for 48 hours while they were given checks before they returned home to meet Bri's siblings - Mckenzie, 19, and Colton, eight.

Reflecting on the surprise addition to the family, mum Jennifer Blackwell, a branch manager for a care home agency, said: "To us it was like she went to bed and woke up pregnant.
“She’d been in a bikini at eight months pregnant with no bump and even did a negative pregnancy test.
“We bought her prom dress four months before and it fit like a glove,
“It still fit perfectly on the day of her prom, but she would have been five months pregnant.”
“We had no idea."

But she said Oakleigh, now four months old, had been a "blessing" and she was proud of the mum Bri has become.
Jennifer shared she was now a "very happy" baby girl who "smiles and laughs all the time" and has the whole family "wrapped around her little finger"
For the now-grandmother said there was also an added significance, as she herself gave birth to Bri around the same age.
“For me it was a full circle moment as I had Bri when I was 17,” Jennifer said.
“It was lovely to see how people showed up for Bri and didn’t shun her. I had felt judged.”
