Cincinnati Bengals second-round wideout Tee Higgins finalized his rookie deal with the team the same day No. 1 pick Joe Burrow did the same.
Higgins took to social media to make the announcement, showing his putting ink to paper.
The first pick of the second round, Higgins was a player the Bengals say they viewed as a first-round talent. Funnily enough, his most common pro comparison was A.J. Green.
Now Higgins will get to learn from Green himself and if he establishes a connection fast enough with Burrow, he could see significant usage during his debut season.
As for his partner Burrow, while he has an agreement in place with the Bengals, he won’t officially sign the contract until a later date this week.
