It was a day to remember as 16 speakers took to the famous red dot at Stormont for the uplifting TEDxStormont event.
On August 31, over 200 guests packed out the Great Hall at Parliament Buildings for the event chaired by presenter and broadcaster William Crawley.
This year, TEDxStormont was a tribute to Lyra McKee and everything she stood for.
In a fitting tribute to the murdered journalist and former TEDxStormont 2017 speaker, her sister Nichola Corner and friend Stephen Lusty each gave their own talk.
The overall theme of TEDxStormont 2019 was “Imagine” – with speakers looking forward and imagining the kind of future we could have together as a society, here in Northern Ireland and beyond.
