Teddi Mellencamp reveals she's 'still in immunotherapy'

Teddi Mellencamp has clarified her dad's comments

Teddi Mellencamp is "still in immunotherapy".

The 44-year-old TV star wishes she was "feeling better by now" - but Teddi has clarified her dad's recent comments that she's "suffering" and still "really sick" following her cancer battle.

Speaking on the Two T’s in a Pod podcast, Teddi explained: "You know, I think when he said the words 'suffering,' he meant like, how I'm mentally doing versus how I'm physically doing."

The TV star - who announced in 2025 that she was "cancer-free" after her melanoma battle, but continues to undergo immunotherapy treatments for stage 4 cancer - rubbished the suggestion that her cancer had returned.

She said: "There's still no trace of cancer.

"But I'm still considered stage four and I'm still in immunotherapy, so essentially nothing's changed other than I still — I don’t feel great … I would hope that I would be feeling better by now, but I really don't."

Teddi addressed the speculation after John Mellencamp, her dad, opened up about his daughter's health struggles.

He said on The Joe Rogan Experience: "It’s not f****** fun. She’s got cancer in the brain, and she’s suffering right now."

Meanwhile, Teddi previously revealed that her cancer treatment was causing her to suffer from "severe anxiety".

The TV personality - who underwent surgery and radiation treatment - explained that her immunotherapy sessions left her feeling highly anxious for "no apparent reason".

In a video posted on Instagram, Teddi - who separated from Edwin Arroyave in 2024 - said: "OK for those of y’all who’ve gone through immunotherapy, did you have severe anxiety? Just on random days for no apparent reason?

"Like today I was able to walk, I did the [Two Ts in a Pod] podcast and now I’m just sitting here full of anxiety. Is this common?

"What are things that you guys have done to help make you feel better? Let me know. Looking for any positive advice."
