Tech PR agency appoints a new director

Digital and tech PR agency Hot Tin Roof has strengthened its senior team with the appointment of a new director.

Anne Diamond, who joins from rival PR firm Muckle Media, brings with her more than 18 years of PR experience including PR campaigns for Glenmorangie and Samsung.

Her worked also included a year-long campaign for Heriot-Watt University called Year of Robotics which won a Heist Marketing Award.

Diamond continues to act as a consultant to the university, most recently delivering a global campaign highlighting a scientific breakthrough in ultrasound imaging.

Diamond said: “I’m a science nerd at heart, so working in Scotland’s bustling tech scene really appeals to me. I’m looking forward to being fully immersed in the sector.”

The firm has also recently welcomed back Hot Tin Roof PR veteran, Jen Richards, after a year of maternity leave.

Richards has been with Hot Tin Roof for more than six years.

Having expanded to manage international PR campaigns for clients like Smarter Grid Solutions, the agency has also recently acquire a number of clients, including Logan Energy and Cutitronics.
