Emotional Callum McGregor was consoled by Kasper Schmeichel and Brendan Rodgers after his penalty shoot-out miss in the Scottish Cup final.
Celtic fell to defeat on penalties at Hampden as Aberdeen scored all four of their spot kicks after McGregor saw his effort saved. Alistair Johnston's strike was also saved.
McGregor, who had never lost at Hampden before today, was visibly teary after the result was confirmed as Celtic missed out on a treble.
BBC footage showed the Celtic captain being comforted by Schmeichel in the immediate aftermath of the match.

McGregor was then supported by manager Brendan Rodgers as he cried on his shoulder after the loss.
Celtic had taken the lead in the first half when Alfie Dorrington sent the ball into his own net at Hampden.
Aberdeen equalised in the latter stages as a Shayden Morris cross forced Schmeichel to attempt to palm clear but he could only turn into his own net.
