'Tears in my eyes' Chelsea fans have the same reaction to Eden Hazard team news

Chelsea take on Eintracht Frankfurt tonight in the Europa League semi-final second leg and in what could be Eden Hazard's final ever Blues game at Stamford Bridge.

The 28-year-old has one year left on his current Chelsea contract and he is being heavily linked with a move away from west London this summer, with the rumours of Real Madrid snapping him up growing ever stronger.

While the Blues aren't going to budge on the asking price of around £100m, it is expected that the La Liga side will eventually step up to take him away from the Bridge and to the Santiago Bernabeu.

Hazard starts tonight against the Bundesliga club and it could be a momentous occasion as it could be the final time that he takes to the turf at Stamford Bridge as a Blues player.

That isn't a fact that has got past a lot of Chelsea's fans on social media, who are disappointed it could be the last time that he graces their hallowed turf.
