Team GB cyclist Ethan Hayter accidentally swore live on the BBC after he and his teammate Matt Walls won silver in the men's Madison in the Izu velodrome.
Hayter was visibly exhausted after finishing the gruelling 50km race, in which they were just pipped to gold
In a live interview with the BBC, Hayter and Walls were discussing their race tactics and just how tiring the 200 lap event was when Hayter made the gaffe.
Hayter said: "I think my legs started to go first, the f******, the flipping first 100 laps were so hard."
Walls was clearly amused by his mate's blunder as he giggled alongside the 22-year-old and was also keen to emphasise just how brutal the event was.

Walls said: "I was just cooked half way in at least. We had a bit of gas at the end just to finish it off."
Team GB had been the pace-setters early on in the race as they led going into the halfway stage before being overtaken by the world champion Danish team and the French riders.
The final stage of the race became tense as the British riders won the final double points sprint to steal the silver medal.
Cycling legend Chris Hoy was full of praise for the team, saying on the BBC: "They threw everything at that and they should be very proud of the silver medal."
It was Walls' second medal of these Tokyo 2020 Olympics after he picked up gold in the men's omnium on Thursday.
Team GB are sat in second place behind the Netherlands in the track cycling medal table having won six medals in all, including two golds, three silvers and a bronze.
On the final day of the games Team GB still has medal hopes with Jack Carlin and Jason Kenny competing to pick up more silverware.
