Team behind Costa Del Tottenham launch enormous venue dedicated to the Euros

The team behind The Cause nightclub and Costa Del Tottenham have announced a huge new venue set up for football fans to enjoy the Euros in, aptly dubbed the Euro Warehouse.

Found a few doors down from the popular Costa Del Tottenham, the Warehouse is a 5,000 square foot site, and will seat 300 fans. Inside, two 13ft x 8ft screens will show every game throughout the tournament, from the first match on June 11 – Turkey vs Italy – to the final on July 11 (presumably England versus...) Organisers say there will be a “full AV production” – industry slang meaning the sound and screens will both be first rate.

Beyond the screenings of matches themselves, the venue is promising “some other surprises up our sleeve” for key fixtures, adding the venue will lay on “fun and games” and “extended sessions”. More details are set to be released soon.

Entrance will be £7.50 per head, with tables booked in groups of six, in accordance with the present Covid restrictions. Set out like a traditional German beer hall with benches throughout, beer will be served by The Five Points Brewery, with football-themed cocktails also available. Street food will be laid on by the likes of Not Another Slice, Japanese street food specialists Zero Sushi, and others yet to be confirmed. Euro 2021 merchandise from The Cause will also be on sale, with half of profits donated to mental health charity, Mind in Haringey.

Co-founder Stuart Glen said fans should expect a nod to The Cause’s acid-house tendencies, saying the venue “has all the hallmarks of a 1989 warehouse party.”

His business partner Eugene Wild added: “Our new space opens up a whole world of possibilities. We have two large warehouses we aim to make available to anyone in the events sector who needs a space to build both their business and cultural activity back up again after the pandemic.

“We are excited to kick it all off with one of the world's most anticipated football tournaments whilst dancing is currently off the cards and I don’t think there’s a better place to watch it if you're after something a little different.”
