The average teacher now works more than 50 hours a week, causing alarm about happiness and wellbeing in the profession.

We want to hear from you about how happy you are in your job, how you feel your career prospects are shaping up and what management support you get.

  • Do you feel that there is career progression in your job?
  • How would you describe your current workload?
  • What one thing would improve the quality of your working life the most?
  • What one thing would improve your school for the students?

The Guardian Teacher Network launched a new survey for teacher opinions on this, as well as a range of other questions about your school. Share your views by filling in this short survey.

You can respond to the survey anonymously at here.
