Taylor Swift's PR takes Kim Kardashian and Kanye down with one telling question

Taylor Swift's long-time publicist Tree Paine lashed out at Kim Kardashian and Kanye West after the leak.

The Taylor and Kim-Kanye feud has resurfaced after a leak appeared to prove the songstress had told the truth about not knowing the rapper would refer to her in a disrespectful way on his track Famous.

Kim erupted into a war of words and took aim at Taylor for "lying through her publicist" in a catty Twitter post following the leak.

But Taylor's PR took the Instagram star down with a single question following the Kardashian's outburst.

She asked: "P.S. who did you guys p*** off to leak that video?"

The PR powerhouse didn't let Kim's overpowering fame and fiery nature put her off responding.

Tree also backed up her words with a copy of her unedited original statement released at the time when the fight first unfolded in 2016.

Now she wrote: "I’m Taylor’s publicist and this is my UNEDITED original statement. Btw, when you take parts out, that’s editing."

The PR guru dug back up her original statement in full to share with Kim and fans alike.

It read: "Kanye did not call for approval, but to ask Taylor to release his single "Famous" on her Twitter account.

"She declined and cautioned him about releasing a song with such a strong misogynistic message.

"Taylor was never made away of the actual lyric, 'I made that b**** famous'."

She wrote: "To be clear, the only issue I ever had around the situation was that Taylor lied through her publicist who stated that “Kanye never called to ask for permission...”

"They clearly spoke so I let you all see that. Nobody ever denied the word “b****” was used without her permission."

This row has been unearthed after the infamous phone call was leaked to the public.

It's not known who has leaked the soundbites which appeared to show Kim and Kanye were lying.

Rumours were flying Kris Jenner had released the phone call recording to get the Kardashians into the headlines again amid the coronavirus outbreak stealing the news front stories.
