Taylor Swift fans informed of major ticket, presale code and date changes to 2024 UK Eras Tour

Big changes have been announced in wake of Taylor Swift's latest 2024 UK and Europe Eras tour update. Due to "phenomenal demand", new shows have been added to the popstar's tour next summer, with ticketing procedures and ticket sale timings undergoing major alterations.

A lengthy email that's being sent out to everyone who registered on Ticketmaster for the presale tickets states several things Swifties need to be aware of. The email begins by revealing that a limited number of registrants will now have the opportunity to access the ticket sale and everyone else will be placed on the waitlist.

Due to the demand for these shows, and to ensure the maximum number of fans have the opportunity to access tickets, registrants will be randomly selected for the opportunity to access the ticket sale. For UK dates, ticket inventory will be split evenly between the official ticket agents Ticketmaster and AXS.

If you are selected, you will be randomly assigned a unique non-transferable access code to either Ticketmaster or AXS. Registrants who are selected to receive a code for Taylor Swift's Eras Tour ticket sale will have the opportunity to access the sale for the specific city they registered for. Access to sales will be limited to the specific shows that are on sale on a specific day.

If you are selected, ticket company AEG Presents urges fans to "please read your email carefully to see which day’s on sales you have access to." All registrants will receive a further email from either Ticketmaster or AXS confirming their selected/waitlist status by 11.59pm Friday, July 14.

The ticket firm adds: "Successful registrants will be selected at random to receive access codes. If you are not initially selected, you will be placed on the waiting list to receive a code.

"If you are placed on the waitlist, and any further tickets becomes available, you may be sent an email to join the sale. Tickets will be sold on a first-come first-served basis while currently available inventory lasts." Below is a look at the latest UK dates.
